  Shocking customer service. BFF's if you want to purchase a car but if you want to fix something under warranty you are their worst enemy. Taking them to ACCC. Proven faulty part and they still say it's wear and tear. They are condensending and rude.

  Parking for service is shared with parking for new and used vehicle buyers and the spaces are very tight. My vehicle has been damaged by opening car doors on two occasions.

  Shocking customer service . Booked my car in to get fixed. But no one recorded it and was stuffed around. 15min waits on hold calling I just hung up

  The service department service bays are shared with Newcastle Holden and it is obvious that Kia are the poor cousins.

  Service quality is OK but always leaves me with the feeling that the job was done using a tick list where only the items on the list were looked at.

  Anyway apart from the rude and lying salesman I went to another Kia in the Hunter got an extra $4,400 trade in and $3,800 off new car thats a saving of $8,200 ! And when I enquired about the car I wanted they said there is one available at the Newcastle Kia when Newcastle Kia said there is none of that colour here.
